Distance Sales Agreement
These terms describe the general sale, payment and delivery conditions for digital products purchased through MythicPin. Order-specific seller, product, price and payment details are shown before confirmation.

1. Parties and scope
The Seller is the business operating under the Mythicpin brand and identified in the pre-order information. The Buyer is the customer placing the order through the website.
2. Product, price and payment
The product’s essential characteristics, total price, taxes, delivery method and available payment methods are displayed before the order is confirmed. The Buyer must review these details before payment.
3. Digital delivery
Codes or account credentials are delivered electronically to the Buyer’s account. The Buyer is responsible for keeping delivered credentials confidential and for checking platform and regional compatibility before purchase.
4. Cancellation, withdrawal and defective products
Rights relating to cancellation, withdrawal and defective products are applied according to the delivery status, prior consent for immediate digital performance and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory statutory rights.
